Five years! It has been five years since Janie Hay, Lori Vardell, and Sally Williams founded Select Properties, a local, non-franchised real estate brokerage. It has been an amazing five years, being able to serve Northeast Arkansas as your hometown real estate source! This month as we celebrate our fifth birthday, we reflect on the accomplishments and service that we have had.
Although our name was Jonesboro Select Properties for the majority of those five years, we were able to serve so many other great communities! Select Properties has served families in Jonesboro, Lake City, Paragould, Brookland, Pocahontas, Bono, Rosy, Monette, Trumann, Marion, Bay, Harrisburg, Cash, Hoxie, Dumas, Leachville, Greers Ferry, Corning, Bradford, Batesville, Evening Shade, and Quitman, just to name a few!
Not only do we specialize in residential and commercial real estate, our excellent team of realtors excel in vacant land, multi-family properties, commercial investment lots, and commercial leasing.
The best part of all has been being able to meet and serve so many families. We have continued to treat our clients with excellence, honesty, and integrity while serving 456 families and investors, assisting over 386 families in the residential market, selling properties from $20,000 to $2,525,000, and over 35 property management doors.

Last year, Janie Hay was awarded NEABOR Awards of Excellence – Diamond Level and Amanda Gryffin was awarded the Silver Level, in her first year.
